How long does it take for the transplanted
hair to grow?
Within about one month, the transplanted hair is shed. Two
months later, the hair will start to grow. Hair will continue
to grow at the normal rate of approximately one-half inch each
month or at the normal rate of growth for your hair. (return
to questions list)
How long does transplanted hair last?

life. (return to questions list)
How many procedures are necessary?
The number of procedures varies depending on the size of the
balding area and the number of grafts that are transplanted during
each session. During your free initial hair loss evaluation interview,
we estimate the number of grafts you'll need. (return
to questions list)
Is hair restoriation surgery painful?
In most cases there is little or no pain. We use a local anesthetic
to remove the hair grafts. There are no postoperative bandages.
Once the procedure has been completed, you can resume your normal
routine as long as you avoid any strenuous activity for the first
few days. (return to questions list)
How frequently can procedures be performed?
We recommend 4 to 6 months between sessions. This permits
the blood supply to reestablish itself before disturbing the previously
implanted grafts. (return to questions list)

bald spots. (return to questions list)
Why is adding hair into my own hair better
than wearing a toupee or wig?
The key word is "wearing" the toupee or wig. Adding
hair to your own allows you to swim, shower, even sleep and romance
with confidence, knowing that this is your own hair. Toupees and
wigs are usually made with synthetic fibers that can't look or
feel as natural as real hair can. Swimming, showering, or sleeping,
is difficult at best with removable wigs or toupees. If a toupee
or wig is what someone wants, please DEMAND high quality. (return
to questions list)
How will this added hair match and mix
with my current hair?
We pay close attention to match these new hairs to the color
and texture of the existing hairs. (return to
questions list)
How can I be assured that the hair will
match?
We offer the clients we serve the chance to see and feel the
hair that will be used in the process before they make any decisions.
(return to questions list)
If I stop adding hair, will there be any
problems?
Not at all. The process is reversible. (return
to questions list)
How can I be assured that the hair will
always look natural?
You will want to schedule return appointments every few weeks,
so we can make sure you look the way you should. (return
to questions list)
How long before I see results?
In most cases the procedure will be finished in less than
2 hours. (return to questions list)
Is the hair addition painful?

What is Folligraft?
Folligraft is unlike any other conventional, non-surgical
hair replacement procedure ever. It is also unlike any surgical
procedure. There are some who say, in fact, that Folligraft is
a "mid-way" choice between the two and though the Folligraft
hair doesn't grow, we guarantee that the Folligraft procedure
will result in a cosmetically significant increase in new hair
in your thinning areas.
The Folligraft membrane, which is non-surgically grafted to
your scalp, contains the new hair, which in turn looks like it's
growing directly from your scalp, all because the Folligraft membrane
is like another layer of skin, on top of the seven layers already
on your scalp. (return to questions list)
